March 11, 2021 - Online Ordering Updates

On March 1, 2021 we updated our website in an effort to enhance the online experience for our users. Despite months of planning and testing, we encountered challenges that prevented us from providing the experience that we strive to create and that you have come to expect.

The Supply Room’s vision is to “provide our customers with the highest level of service” and we have been listening to your feedback over the last two weeks.

With that said, we have decided to restore our website to the previous version beginning on Monday, March 15.

We know that you can buy your supplies from a lot of different companies and as a small, family-owned business, we are grateful to each and every customer that chooses to do business with us. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Please read through the information below regarding the upcoming changes effective March 15.

Thank you,
Lauren Jones, President and CEO
